As a Chicago native and lifelong fan, nothing irritates me more than Aaron Rodgers. I was at the game where he said he «owns us», and I for one am tired of losing to him. Rodgers is 23-5 against the Bears since 2005, and before that, we had to deal with Favre. Now we may see the scales begin to tip as old man Rodgers is now 38, time may be swinging in the wrong direction for our arch-nemesis.
With Justin being just 23 years old, as cheese ages, the Bear grows stronger. If Getsy, Poles, and the gang do the right things to nurture and grow Fields, giving him solid protection in the pocket and some good WRs to throw to, we should see Fields slowly get the edge over Rodgers in the next few years. It's assumed that Rodgers will finish out in Green Bay after his new 3-year contract is up unless of course, he pulls a Brady but even then he would probably go to another team for a one last run kind of thing. So yes Rodgers has wrecked us time and again but as Chicago hopefully «fingers crossed» has the QB situation finally sorted out, going forward I believe the future of the NFC North is a young man's game.
Here are some Rodgers highlight fails to lift our spirits.
