As reported this afternoon, former Chicago Bears tight end Robert Tonyan has signed with the Minnesota Vikings:
Tonyan went undrafted in 2017 and signed with the Lions as an undrafted free agent. However, he was released before the season started.
Tonyan then signed with the Packers near the end of the 2017 season, and stayed with them until the 2023 season.
Ahead of the 2023 season, Tonyan signed with the Bears on a 1-year deal. He appeared in only 2 games.
Now, Tonyan will be with the Vikings for the 2024 season, making this the last team in the NFC North that he has yet to be signed to.
