Former NFL Player and The Blind Side Movie Inspo, Michael Oher, Reveals the Truth and Exposes the Tuohy's, Who Have Tricked all of Us in a Lie
According to ESPN, former NFL Player and "The Blind Side Movie" Inspiration, Michael Oher, has claimed that Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy (his adoptive "parents") never adopted him, and that they had him sign documents to name them his conversators, all to make themselves look good and make money off of him.
In 2009, the blockbuster film "The Blind Side" was released, which was a biographical film that told the story of Oher's life. Since the release of the film, Oher has stated that many moments of the film never happened in his life, but never went into detail about the actual truth.
In the lengthy article written by ESPN's Michael A. Fletcher, he explains the details of what happened. One shocking revelation is that even though the film is about Oher, he never got paid for the film, while the Tuohy's two birth children got millions of dollars in royalties. Fletcher writes:
Another shocking revelation was that he was tricked into signing conservatorship papers, so that the Tuohy's can make business deals using his name, but not needing to pay him.
He was told that those papers were for him to be adopted, but he was lied to, and he actually signed the conservatorship papers. Oher said:
This whole article is shocking to read, as this family tricked the entire world into believing they were good people. The movie is about how good this family is, but clearly, it was all a lie.
