Former NFL Player Nearly Dies After Suffering A Stroke At 35 Years Old

Former NFL defensive lineman Chris Baker, who spent eight seasons in the NFL, is recovering from a severe stroke.

Via TMZ.com, Baker posted a Friday video showing him walking through the hospital where he is receiving treatment.

The doctors treating him at the Hartford, CT hospital believe his recovery is a miracle. The 35-year-old suffered the stroke last Friday and, according to his mother, required surgery to treat it because of its seriousness. But the former DL responded as if it was a minor problem and is well on course to make a full recovery.
