Former NFL Player Reveals which Bears Rookie is the STEAL of the 2023 Draft
Former NFL tight end and avid Bears 'tweeter', Clay Harbour, has revealed who he believes is the steal of the 2023 NFL Draftand he believes that it is a Bears player.
As stated in a tweet, Harbour believes that Bears rookie running back Roschon Johnson is the steal of the draft:
Harbour mentions how Johnson has excellent vision on the field, and is a tough and quick runner. The defender has a hard time catching up to him, and he is quick to read the D.
Johnson was drafted late in the 2023 draft, as he was selected by the Bears as the 115th overall pick.
Johnson spent his college career playing for the Texas Longhorns, where he was originally playing as their quarterback. During his freshman year however, he was moved to play as a running back, due to injuries.
Johnson stuck with playing at that position, and became the top RB at the school. He finished his college career with 2,610 rushing yards and 26 touchdowns.
Johnson is the Bears secret weapon, and if they use his abilities wisely, then he can become a superstar in no time
