As reported by NFL insider Tom Pelissero, free agent running back Kareem Hunt is visiting with the Minnesota Vikings:

Hunt was drafted back in 2017 by the Kansas City Chiefs, and was one of the best RBs in the NFL in his first season. He made it to the Pro Bowl, and was the leagues rushing yards leader. He finished his rookie year with 272 rushing attempts, 1,327 rushing yards, and 8 rushing touchdowns.

Even with such an impressive rookie year, his career declined after, as controversy made its way into his life.

During the 2018 season, TMZ released a video of Hunt kicking a women in a hotel, which happened months prior. When the Chiefs organization confronted him about the attack, he lied to them. Though he was not charged for the attack, the Chiefs still decided to release him.

A few months later, the Browns signed him, and he spent 4 seasons with the team.

Now, Hunt is looking for a new home, but honestly, a lot of fans do not want him. He attacked a women, yet is still in the NFL. No one wants to see him in the league anymore, so obviously teams are apprehensive to make an offer. However, if he does end up on a new team with a good system, he could be become that powerful RB again.
