Pretty much all off-season long, the media has been very bearish (pun-intended) on this year's Chicago Bears. Well, this is no different for ESPN's Ryan Clark.

"This is a team that has helped its 2nd year QB the least of all of the QB's drafted last year. It's going to be a struggle for Justin Fields to take that leap that we look for our QB's to take between year 1 and 2."
