Former NFL scout has a very bold take on QB Justin Fields
As we know, whether it's fair or not, quarterbacks always get compared to other QBs selected in the same draft class as them. For our QB Justin Fields, he has to be compared to Trevor Lawrence, Zach Wilson, Trey Lance and Mac Jones.
Well, in that same vein, here is a very bold take by a former NFL scout. Let me remind you that the Jets had the 2nd overall pick and Justin Fields was still available when they were on the clock. They drafted Zach Wilson instead.
While I hate to see Fields in a Jets uniform, I think he might have a point. The New York Jets roster is massively better than it was a year ago. They added so many solid, young players. Here is a quick list of some of the players they have added to their roster:

I also agree with him that the only thing really holding them back is their QB. Zach Wilson looked completely horrible last year. I know that Justin Fileds struggle a bit in some games as well, but it was nothing compared to Zach Wilson. I am extremely glad Fields is our QB and I think the sky is the limit for him!
