The Chicago Bears are turning heads and having others scratch their heads as the team leads the NFC North with a 5-1 record. It's pretty impressive all things considered and the Bears look like they might be in a good spot to get back in the playoffs. What does that mean?According to ESPN NFL insiders Jeremy Fowler and Dan Graziano, there likely won't be any changes next season. The duo went through the coaching situations across the league and thanks to the team's current performance, a playoff appearance more than likely means head coach Matt Nagy and general manager Ryan Pace won't be losing their jobs anytime soon. They'll have another year to figure out the QB situation and get to sign/draft players that fit their blueprint. If the Bears make the playoffs do you think they both deserve to stick around another year?
