The Bears acquired Harry from the New England Patriots for a 2024 seventh-round pick. The Patriots drafted Harry in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft, but the Arizona State product never caught on in Foxboro.

"I am excited about him," general manager Ryan Poles said Tuesday during his training camp press conference at Hala

s Hall. "I think he has a really good skill set, great physical traits and I think he has something to prove, for sure. And I think he has the chance to improve this football team."

Harry stands confident in his work this offseason. At 6-foot-4 and 225 pounds, he certainly has the frame and athleticism to be successful. It's just a matter of reaching that potential.

"I just want to show how dominant I can be as a player in the NFL,» Harry said.

Of course, skepticism regarding Harry's outlook is warranted. It's rare that Belichick is proved wrong when he parts ways with a player. In this case, all it took for the Patriots to trade Harry was to receive a 2024 seventh-round pick in return.

The way that Harry found out he was moving is actually very wild! Indeed, Harry had just completed his first of two workouts that day. He decided to catch a quick power nap. He was roused by his manager, who gave him the news. Harry jumped out of bed with a huge smile, thrilled about the new opportunity. Then before he got a chance to process everything that just went down, he received a phone call from his new QB Justin Fields.
