This NFL season has been one of the most exciting in recent years. We are seeing a ton of nail-biter endings, along with some of the best highlight reels in recent years. The fight for a playoff spot is also at it's very best, as most teams in the league still have a chance at making it in, even in week 17!

Though it has been a thrilling season, it has also been a "different" season.

Since week 1, we have seen a pattern occur of starting QBs getting injured with a good amount suffering season-ending injuries. For example; Joe Burrow, Aaron Rodgers, Kirk Cousins, Daniel Jones, Deshaun Watson, Anthony Richardson and Justin Herbert have all been ruled out for the season. They were the starters of their teams, but had to be sidelined due to injuries.

Rodgers was hurt in week 1, and Herbert was put on the IR after week 14. This has been happening all year, and it's unfortunate to see.

Many other starting QBs have also been injured this year, including; Justin Fields, Kyler Murray, Zach Wilson, Trevor Lawrence, Kenny Pickett, and CJ Stroud needing to miss a few games. Thankfully, these injuries were not serious, but still, we have missed seeing many stars play this 2023 season.

We have seen many great games from backups however, which have been fun to watch, but we have definitely seen a sad trend of QBs getting hurt this year.
