It was an interesting season for Jordan Howard as a member of the Chicago Bears. Before the season started everything seemed lined up for a perfect partnership between Tarik Cohen and Jordan Howard. However it was far from the case and Howard wasn't able to run for his third 1000yard season in a row and ended with 935 rushing yards and six rushing touchdowns. It was an adjustment for Howard. "At first it was an adjustment to me," Howard said. "We had new pieces, so I knew the ball was going to be spread around. I didn't know how much I was going to touch the ball and how much I wasn't. I was just trying to be ready for my role. I had to adjust to that first, not getting as much carries. I tried to be better all-around. Be better without the ball." Throughout the season and even more now, Howard has been mentioned in trade rumors and an expendable member of the Bears. Did it have an effect on Howard's season?"I really can't worry about stuff like that," Howard said. "People can talk, do whatever they want, I really don't have any control over that. I hope to be in Chicago. I just have to leave it up to God and let God handle it."
