During week 17 of the 2022 season, the Bills and Bengals were facing off in what was supposed to be the biggest game of the year. This game meant so much for both teams...until football was the last thing on any of our minds.
After making a tackle against Bengals WR Tee Higgins, Bills safety Damar Hamlin collapsed. After having life saving CPR performed on him, he was rushed to the hospital. Football fans everywhere waited hours and hours to see if he was okay. We did not even know if he was alive...that was how scary it was. Thankfully, the world got news that Hamlin was going to be okay, and since then, he has made a miracle full reveory.
Bills QB Josh Allen has recently spoken about witnessing the terrifying moment. While on Barstool Sports' "Bussin' With The Boys" podcast, Allen expressed how he felt in the moment, and recalls what it was like seeing it happen live:

That night was a scary night, but Hamlin has made a full recovery. He is back at practice and is feeling great. Every football fan in the world is thrilled to see him back, and we cannot wait to see him play another game!
