Aaron Rodgers' "darkness retreat" has concluded, and numerous sports analysts have shared their opinions on his impending decision. While the Green Bay Packers would like to have him back, one analyst believes it is unlikely.

Joy Taylor recently appeared on "The Herd" to explain why she does not think Rodgers will fully commit to the Packers in 2023. "He wasn't committed last year. What's changed this year that would make him more committed?" Taylor questioned. "It doesn't make sense to me to expect someone to be a different person or have a different approach to life when the circumstances haven't changed."

Taylor also commented that the relationship between Rodgers and the Packers has felt like a public divorce over the past three years. After leaving Sky Cave Retreats on Wednesday, Rodgers told "The Pat McAfee Show" that he spent four days in total darkness to "contemplate all things" and make the best decision for his happiness moving forward. He could choose to retire, return to the team, or demand a trade elsewhere.

If Rodgers remains with the Packers, the team will owe him $59.465 million this season. If they trade him before June 1st, they would be responsible for $40.3 million in 2023. The New York Jets have expressed interest in him, along with Derek Carr, Jimmy Garoppolo, and Ryan Tannehill. Rodgers has also hinted at the possibility of walking away. He has yet to make a public statement since leaving the retreat.
