Justin Fields is working hard to learn the new playbook!
The Bears had practice yesterday and they paired this with additional workouts. It's safe to say that it was a big day for the players. However, instead of laying down and resting like most people. would do, our starting quarterback Justin Fields was reportedly up for a long time to study the playbook. Keep in mind that he has to learn a whole new offense under OC Luke Getsy.
When there is an offensive coordinator change, everything changes from the formation to the signal to the concept. It's amazing to see that Fields is very serious about this off-season. This is where great players are built, especially quarterbacks. Even though it's called an off-season, there is no such thing as an off-season for Justin. This kid's work ethic has never been an issue! He has an entire city riding on his shoulders and he has years upon years of history to overturn! I am confident he has what it takes to do it!
