Cavallari responded by saying, "I've been leaning towards the idea in the past couple of years that you should make him wait, like, three or four dates." She went on to express her belief that the specific number of dates doesn't ultimately matter. According to her, if there is genuine chemistry and emotional connection, the timing becomes less significant. Cavallari reinforced her viewpoint by referencing a relationship coach's claim that 90 percent of couples in strong, long-lasting relationships had slept together on the first or second date. She concluded, "So I don't think it matters."
