Doug Kyed reported that the Bears waived TE Jesper Horsted from PUP with an injury settlement.

This is such a bizarre scenario. One day after he cleared waivers and reverted back to them, which resulted in him being placed on their reserve/physically unable to perform list, the Chicago Bears have again waived Jesper Horsted.

Princeton's 25-year-old former undrafted free agent ends his career with the Bears with 10 total receptions, 108 receiving yards, and 3 touchdowns in 13 career games since being signed in 2019.

Horsted was a famous player during his brief time in Windy City, I truly hope he gets a chance to succeed in the NFL. The future is bright for this young man.
