Sideline reporter Mark Grote appeared on The Sick Podcast with Adam Rank. Grote has been following the team for a very long time now, safe to say he has seen a lot of different front offices.

Here is his opinion on the recent additions from GM Ryan Poles:

While he is right that not one of the new additions moves the needle so far, I think it can actually be a great thing. Signing a big-name player to a long-term contract can backfire very quickly as we have seen in the past. This would move the needle... but in the wrong way!
