Matt Nagy Makes More Infuriating Comments.
The Chicago Bears dropped another one yesterday, this one during primetime as they lost to the Packers in Green Bay. Once again the Bears offense seemed really out of sync and head coach Matt Nagy was called out. The Bears defense was able to contain Packers wide receiver Devante Adams to open the game, however the Packers were able to adjust and Adams eventually stuffed the stat sheet. Meanwhile Nagy spent most of the game punting which many argued was a result of him not being able to adjust. On Monday, Nagy made some comments that has fans infuriated. To start, Nagy said that the Bears had plenty of plays ready for Darnell Mooney and Allen Robinson but "they didn't get the football for different reasons". Then, what had fans really throwing up their arms was Nagy's response to being asked to why the team didn't go for it on 4th and inches down 11 points in the 4th quarter. "You wish you would've went for it. That's the part where you look back as a coach and you go, 'Damn, that would've been a time to do that.'"
Every game that Nagy sticks around, has almost become a cruel joke.
