"It's been a drama filled week for the Chicago Bears and quarterback Mitch Trubisky. The way everybody is talking about it, you'd think the future of his NFL career relies on this weekend's game. This week we've heard the two extremes from Ryan Clark calling Trubisky the biggest draft day mistake ever to Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn comparing Trubisky to Aaron Rodgers. Sprinkled in between those has been head coach Matt Nagy defending his quarterback. Nagy was at the podium once again and was asked about Trubisky and his latest answer isn't being received well by fans and media members. "He's learning. This is a learning process. You've seen the glimpses." Nagy's example of glimpses were the Tampa Bay and Detroit games from.... LAST YEAR. It's never a good sign when halfway through the current season you have to reference last season.
When you reference a game that took place over a year ago, you know you're struggling to look for compliments.#Bears100https://t.co/EQ2rpJbIMW — Bill Zimmerman (@ZimmermanSXM) October 24, 2019
