Mike McCarthy Makes Big Statement About Bears Landing Mack.

"The Chicago Bears of course took the NFL by storm over the weekend when they landed Khalil Mack from the Oakland Raiders. Mack helps solidify the Bears linebacker corps that is young and hungry with Leonard Floyd, Roquan Smith and Danny Trevathan. When Bears' fans heard the news that they had landed Mack, everybody's first image was beautiful images of Mack destroying and sacking Green Bay Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Mack will be licking his chops at chances to tackle Matthew Stafford and Kirk Cousins as well, but they'll be nothing compared to taking down Rodgers, especially if it happens at Soldier Field. Packers head coach McCarthy was asked about it recently and his comments were something that Bears' fans will love. «What I really like is his motor. Think he's a great fit for the Bears.»
McCarthy also threw some flowers at Mitch Trubisky. «I like the way Mitch (Trubisky) carries the game. In year 2, we expect him to be significantly better.»
Some pretty big words from the leader of the Bears' sworn enemy.
