During the 2022 season, the Bears traded away an early 2nd round pick in exchange for Steelers WR Chase Claypool.
Though he was once one of the most exciting players in the league, those attributes were not seen in Chicago.
As a new stat shows, the Bears went 0-10 with him on the team. Yes, they did not want one single game with him on the active roster. But once he was benched/traded away, the Bears became a solid team and have gone 7-6.
The Bears traded Claypool to the Dolphins this season, and though the Dolphins were considered to be the number 1 team in the league, they have recently not looked as good. Before trading for Claypool, the Dolphins were 7-1, but since trading for him, they have gone 4-4:
Not sure why this happens to teams who sign Claypool, but maybe this has something to do with his bad attitude and lack of energy on the field.
