Twas the night before the draft/When all through the well/you could see your reflection off the water/in Vegas and even Goodell/
The Jerseys were hung/by the stage with care/In hopes that new NFL players/Would soon be there/
Ah! The NFL Draft Eve!!!! I have been waiting for this moment for about a year. Why? Last year when we drafted Justin Fields I knew his rookie season would not be that hot. Did I say it would be? Sure, in hopes but I knew in my heart of hearts that he needed more help and the roster at the time, the offensive line, and Nagy would not give it to him so when we drafted him I set my sights on the 2022 NFL draft.
We currently hold six picks in this draft. We have two picks in the second(39, 48), one pick in the third(71), two picks in the fifth(148 and 150) and one pick in the 6th(186).
Ryan Poles HAS TALKED ABOUT ACQUIRING MORE draft picks so I wouldn't be surprised to see some trades. The excitement is boiling! I can hardly contain myself. I cannot wait to see what new gifts Ryan Santa Poles is going to get us this year. In addition to that, the Bears draft isn't the ONLY draft that I will be watching. I will be watching Green Bay's, The Vikes, and The Lions. Why? Because whoever they pick, we have to play. Bears fans, buckle up because the next three days will be a wild ride!
