In a recent clip of NFL Hall of Fame QB Kurt Warner, he reveals that Fields doesn't seem like the right guy for the Bears:

As heard, Warner believes that Fields is not the guy for the Bears and he wants to see Williams as their QB next season.

Warner is concerned of the Bears sticking with Fields due to his disappointing 3 years in the NFL. He feels like Fields should have already made an improvement, but finds that he is stuck with the same mistakes as his rookie season.
