OC HUNT: Bears have Requested to Interview Former Colts OC for the Offensive Coordinator Position
As revealed earlier today, the Bears have requested to interview current Eagles senior offensive assistant and former Colts OC Marcus Brady for their open OC job:
Brady spent his playing career in the CFL, and then after retiring from his playing career, he began coaching in the CFL.
After many successful years coaching in the CFL, which included 3 Grey Cup Championships, Brady came to the NFL after being hired by the Colts in 2018 to serve as the teams assistant QB coach.
Brady then moved to the head QB coach position in 2019, until being promoted as the offensive coordinator in 2021.
He stayed as the Colts OC until being fired during the 2022 season. He was then hired by the Eagles a few weeks later as the teams offensive consultant.
Now, Brady is looking to coach again as an offensive coordinator, and is looking to take interviews with several teams. The Bears are clearly interested in him and will be interviewing with Brady shortly.
