OC Report: Bears have Interviewed with Super Bowl Champ and Current Offensive Coordinator

As revealed today, the Bears have interviewed Panthers OC Thomas Brown:

Brown has been working in the NFL since 2020 after being hired by the Rams as a running backs coach.

He was then promoted on the Rams for the 2021 season and also became the assistant head coach. In that same season, he helped lead the team to a Super Bowl championship.

He then became both the assistant head coach and tight ends coach for the 2022 season.

Ahead of the 2023 season, Thomas left the Rams and was hired by the Panthers to become their offensive coordinator. The Panthers ended this season with a 2-15 record, making them the worst team in the NFL.

Thomas is looking to leave the Panthers this offseason, and is interviewing with many teams, including the Bears.
