Bengals: 15/1When and if Brown signs with an NFL team he'll automatically be suspended for the first eight games of the season. Even with missing half a season, it's hard to argue that he wouldn't be an upgrade over Anthony Miller, Ted Ginn, Javon Wims and Riley Ridley.
With all the drama over the last year, Brown would likely be more than happy to sign a cheap prove it deal and with two QB's that are looking to "prove it" as well, it could be a perfect match.
