Dan Pompei reported the very sad news that John «Moon» Mullin passed peacefully this afternoon. He was surrounded by loved ones. He made it a better world, and his spirit will with us.
John "Moon" Mullin has been a writer following the Chicago Bears for decades now. He is such a respected man and he has been doing an amazing job throughout his career.
We recently learned the very sad news that Mullin had a very powerful cancer and that his health was in a critical state...
He will be truly missed inside the NFL media world and his memories and story will live forever!
Mullin has gained the respect and trust of so many people, including multiple players.
