Micheal Gallup, Cowboys
Gallup was considered probably the best third option receiver in the NFL before the 2021 season when he got hurt. Gallup had 1107 yards during the 2019 campaign emerging on the national scene. He followed that year with a respectable 2020 season (843 yards). Will his injury hurt Gallup's production going forward or was it a temporary setback? The receiver turns 26 in a few weeks.
D.J Chark, Jaguars
Chark has had a similar career to Gallup, emerging during the 2019 season with a production of over a thousand yards and 8 touchdowns. The 6 foot 3-inch receiver injured an ankle in 2021 and missed a good part of the season revealing injury concerns. He was a highly regarded prospect coming out of LSU running a blazing fast 4.34 40-yard dash. Are his best days behind him or does he have some gas left in the tank?
Christian Kirk, Cardinals
Kirk has been a solid second option for the Cardinals since the beginning of his career in Arizona. He however had his best season yet in 2021 compiling close to a thousand yards filling in for injured Deandre Hopkins. He showed the ability to step up as a decent primary option but that shouldn't be what is expected of him. He serves better as a very solid second option and has a great ability to stretch the field vertically. Would the 25-year-old be worth looking at if you were the Bears' GM?
