Projections for Starting QB/WR
Following the Bears minicamp this week, here is a look at the likely starters for 2022.
Justin Fields will be the clear starter going forward. This has been known for some time, and only he can take it away from himself. Trevor Siemian is the likely No.2. Our season and future depend on how much they can get out of Fields, hopefully, he is up to the challenge.
David Montgomery will likely start at RB with Kharl Blasingame at FB. I have no problems with this lineup.
The receiver corp will consist of Darnell Mooney, Byron Pringle, Velus Jones Jr, Equanimeous St. Brown, Tajae Sharpe, and Dante Pettis. Yes, it is a corp that needs development but I have faith these guys will show us something this year.
Cole Kmet is the clear leader at tight end. I would like to see him get utilized more, the TE position is still evolving.
I honestly feel pretty comfortable with these guys, maybe it's because I've been writing about them for months but Poles seem to be on track.
