As revealed by NFL insider Josina Anderson, the Bears are likely to show interest in Commanders OC Eric Bieniemy if they decided to move on from HC Matt Ebeflus:

Bieniemy is currently seen as being one of the best OCs in the NFL. Before coming to Washington, he was serving as the OC for the Chiefs from 2018-2022, helping create one of the best offensives of all time, and won 2 Super Bowls.

Now, with the Commanders, Bieniemy has helped create an explosive offense, with QB Sam Howell putting up unreal numbers all season long.

Bieniemy is a coach that everyone wants, so, if the Bears are interested after the season, then hopefully we get to see Bieniemy in Chicago for 2024.
