"There was a pretty huge bombshell dropped on Bears nation yesterday. NFL insider Adam Schefter reported direct from Russell Wilson's agent that the disgruntled quarterback would accept a trade to the Chicago Bears. While Wilson would also accept a trade to the Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders and New Orleans Saints, the Bears remain a strong front runner because of their current cap situation and empty QB room compared to the other teams. Now we're learning that not only is Wilson willing to accept a trade to the Bears, but the Bears are highly interested in making it happen. Fellow NFL insider Mike Garafolo reports that the Bears are doing everything they can and "have been really persistent in reciprocating the interest in trading for Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson."It would be an absolute dream scenario for the Bears to step out of years if not decades of QB black holes to land a real game changer. At least it's good to hear that Wilson wants the Bears and the Bears want Wilson.
