REPORT: Bears Start their OC Search with New Interview with 2x Super Bowl Champion

Now that the Bears fired their OC Luke Getsy, they are on the hunt for his replacement.

As reported by insider Tom Pelissero, the Bears have requested to interview Seahawks OC Shane Waldron:

Waldron has been apart of the NFL since back in the early 2000s when he was serving as an intern and assistant with the Patriots. During those years in New England, Waldron was apart of 2 Super Bowl championships in 2004 and 2005.

He has since bounced around to several different organizations, landing in Seattle ahead of the 2021 season. Since 2021, Waldron has been the OC of the team, but since the report of Pete Carroll leaving the HC position, the team looks like they want a fresh start.

Waldron is a well liked OC fromhis players and coaches, and would make a great addition to the Bears.
