Robbie Gould Will Stay In San Francisco?

"The hottest topic around the Chicago Bears right now, the possible return of kicker Robbie Gould. Gould was cut by the Bears a couple of years ago, reinvented his technique and has enjoyed success with the San Francisco 49ers the last two seasons. Parkey is set to be a free agent on March 13th and Bears' fans are hoping general manager Ryan Pace brings him back. However 49ers GM John Lynch might not let that happen. According to Matt Barrows of The Athletic, Gould and the Niners are talking new contract. The good news in this for Bears fans though, apparently the two sides aren't even close and it almost seems that Gould is expecting to hit free agency. Lynch has told reporters though that the team is hoping to "reward" Gould for his performance over the last two seasons.
