"The Chicago Bears and wide receiver Allen Robinson definitely haven't seen eye to eye on a couple of things over the last couple of months. While they both agree on the potential and talent of quarterback Justin Fields, there's still a bit of a rift between Robinson and the team. That of course involves Robinson's contract status. Robinson has been very vocal about want to sign an extension with the Bears going back to last year but the Bears and general manager Ryan Pace haven't shown him the same love at all. The team decided to franchise tag him this offseason and speculation popped up that Robinson would demand a trade. However the WR has decided to play on the tag and spoke about the disappointment on the latest Cris Carter podcast. Saying last year was "kinda frustrating" because he feels that he's 100% proven to the Bears that he's worthy of a long term deal. You can check out the full podcast below where he also throws lots of praise towards Fields.
