After it was announced that Bears WR Chase Claypool was ruled as a healthy scratch, insider Ian Rapoport revealed that WR Equanimeous St. Brown is expected to suit up:

Claypool was announced as a healthy scratch early today, just a few hours before the Bears face off against their fellow 0-3 team, the Broncos.

He was ruled as a healthy scratch due his comments about his coaches, that clearly upset the team:

With this scratch, the Bears needed another WR to fill in that spot today, and decided to activate St. Brown.

St. Brown was drafted by the Packers back in 2018, as the teams 6th round pick.

After his rookie contract expired before the 2022 season, St. Brown decided to stay in the NFC North, and he signed a one-year deal with the Bears.

After the 2022 season, St. Brown signed another one-year contract with the Bears.

In 53 games played so far in his career, St. Brown has a total of 58 catches for 866 yards, along with 2 touchdowns.
