Ryan Poles addresses trading Robert Quinn to the Eagles

The hallmark of GM Ryan Poles' rebuild of the Chicago Bears has been his discipline. It'll take at least another year to see if his plans were prudent, but there's no question he has stuck to the course he plotted when he took the job in January.

The latest example was when he tarded DE Robert Quinn to the Eagles for a 4th round pick clearing their largest salary cap number and sending the 32-year-old to a contender when it became clear he wouldn't be able to chase a ring with the Bears.
