Stefon Diggs' Recent Remarks Indicate a Disconnect with Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills (VIDEO)

Although Diggs hasn't been traded yet, his recent statements suggest that he may not see his future in Buffalo. NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe interviewed the Bills wide receiver, and Diggs' responses were quite telling. When asked about his relationship with Bills quarterback Josh Allen, instead of giving a straightforward answer, Diggs provided a cryptic response:

"At this point, I let everyone have their own opinions. This is not an opinion-driven business; it's about money and numbers. So, for me, I try to keep it professional and leave the personal aspect out of it. My personal relationships remain private. It's up to those outside of the relationship to speculate or make judgments as they see fit. The people directly involved, whether it's two people or anyone else, are the ones who truly know. I'm tired of hearing the same story over and over. It is what it is for everyone else."

When questioned about his future in Buffalo, his answer was equally enigmatic:

"I don't know; when it comes to money and other factors, I have no control over that. I just put on my hat and focus on the long offseason ahead. As for what the future holds, I don't have any surprises to reveal at this moment."

Diggs is still under contract for another four years, with a cap hit of nearly $28 million in 2024. The Bills have limited options unless they are willing to absorb a $22.2 million cap hit in 2025. They could consider trading or releasing Diggs after June 1st, which would free up $19 million in cap space for 2024, as per Spotrac.

In any case, it appears that the four-time Pro Bowler is poised for another offseason filled with trade rumors and uncertainty.
