Brad Briggs of the Chicago Tribune has reported that the Bears have been very active to find a trade partner that would welcome defensive tackle Eddie Goldman.

Goldman's dead cap would be $3 million, whereas he would save $8.9 million against the cap in 2022. This is probably the right thing to do. Ryan Poles is revamping the roster.
