The Bears have hired a sports scientist!

Daniel Greenberg has announced that the Chicago Bears are hiring AJ Lamb as their sports scientist.

Lamb was a performance science associate with the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA.

We are loving the recent additions by the Bears. Although this might not seem important to the average fan, teams are looking more and more into analytics and into science to gain ground on their competitors. The game has gotten so advanced that small details can make big differences in performance, rehabilitation, and training.
