A collegiately trained wide receiver is expected to receive significant attention from NFL scouts following an impressive feat.

While the upcoming NFL Draft is set to feature a number of highly-regarded quarterbacks transitioning to the professional level, there are several players in other positions who may not be well-known currently but have the potential to become household names in the years to come.

Kazmeir Allen may be one such player, particularly after generating widespread online buzz for his incredible speed. Despite not likely being at the top of any team's scouting list, the UCLA wide receiver could see his prospects improve after a viral video showed him clocking 28 MPH on a treadmill.

With a rating of 0.8875 on the 247Sports Composite, Allen is smaller in stature than the average NFL wideout, which may pose a challenge. At 5 feet 9 inches and 175 pounds, he may need to settle for being a kick returner if he gets drafted, at least until he can prove himself as a professional player. However, his recent performance has certainly not done him any harm. While his stats from last season - 403 receiving yards and two touchdowns for the Bruins - are not particularly impressive, he did not get much playing time.

Allen still faces considerable obstacles, and much remains stacked against him despite his impressive showing. Nevertheless, he is certainly a player worth watching in the future.
