A name that has not been linked to the Bears often until now is WR T.Y Hilton.
NFLTR has the Bears as the best fit for Hilton at this point.
I guess the risk would not be that high since he would most likely sign a one-year, minimum deal. However, it's still a little scary. Hilton is 32 years old and he has been struggling with a lot of injuries in the past few seasons. In the 9 games he played, he accumulated 331 yards and 3 touchdowns.
I'm not saying it would be a horrible pickup, but it would probably not fit with the direction the Bears are trying to go, which is to get younger. Although, it is true that he would bring an excellent veteran presence and I could hardly think of a better mentor for a young stud WR Darnell Mooney since they both play a very similar type of game.
