Matt Eberflus has brought nothing but losses to this team, and if the Bears want any form of success in the future, then they will need to move on from him.
Not only is Harbaugh a former Bears QB, but he is also a winner. He lead an NFL team to the Super Bowl, and before heading to the NCAA, he finished his NFL HC career with a record of 49�22�1.
Harbaugh knows how to transform a team, and the Bears need him, and then they can become a playoff team.
