During a recent episode of "The Herd," host Colin Cowherd spoke about the likely future of Caleb Williams, and according to Cowherd, he doesn't see Williams on the Bears:
"I think Caleb Williams and his group do not want to play for Chicago because Williams is from the DC area. I think he would rather play close to home"
- Cowherd saidWilliams was born and raised in Washington, and with the Commanders holding the 2nd overall pick at this upcoming draft, it is likely that Williams is interested in playing in Washington, rather than Chicago.
There have also been rumors all season long that Williams' family and friends don't want him on the Bears this upcoming fall, especially from his father.
Though Cowherd didn't list any reliable source to this claim, this is definitely something to keep an eye on.
