WATCH: Josh Allen Speaks on the Aftermath of Patrick Mahomes' Bad Sportsmanship after the Loss (Video)
After Sunday's electric game between the Bills and Chiefs, Chiefs Patrick Mahomes was making headlines due to his bad attitude.
The Chiefs ultimately lost the game after WR Kadarius Toney was called offside, which then lead for the Chiefs to turn the ball over on downs.
After turning the ball over, Mahomes was seen having a breakdown on the sidelines, and then when it was time to shake hands after the game, he took the time to complain to Bills QB Josh Allen:
Though players will usually congratulate the winner on the game, instead, Mahomes complained about the refs, which is not a good look for the 2-time MVP and 2-time Super Bowl champ.
During a press conference today, Allen was asked about that whole ordeal, to where he answered with a kind response for Mahomes:
Allen does not seem upset about the matter, and defended Mahomes' actions. He understands that the game can get pretty heated, and understands that Mahomes meant no harm to him:
Class act on Mahomes for reaching out, and class out on Allen for his respectful response.
