While Giants RB Saquon Barkley was mic'd up for Sunday's game against the Patriots, the mic caught a controversial comment, and NFL Films decided to leave it in.

While Barkley was shaking the hands of Patriots players after the Giants 10-7 win, Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers told Barkley:

Barkley and Peppers are former teammates with one another when Peppers was on the Giants from 2019-2021.

After the 2021 season, Peppers signed with the Patriots, but is clearly unhappy with the team right now.

The Patriots currently hold one of the worst records in the NFL with a 2-9 record. The QB situation is a mess and players are not thrilled with the drama.

This conversation being caught on film may get Peppers in trouble, and Bill Belichick may want to have a word with him.
