As perfectly explained by NFL Network's Peter Schrager, there are two scenarios that can occur for the Bears to make the playoffs:

First scenario:

Bears must win the next 2 games, Rams need to lose the next 2 games, Seahawks need to lose the next 2 games, Vikings need to win against the Packers this weekend, and the Falcons need to win against the Saints in week 18.

Second scenario:

The Bears must win the next 2 games, the Buccaneers must win against the Saints this upcoming weekend, and the Rams and Seahawks must lose the next 2 games.

So, even though a lot must happen in order for this to work, the Bears do still have a chance!
