It's been well-documented that the new Bears offensive coordinator Luke Getsy was a part of the Green Bay Packers for the past 3 seasons. Well, like it or not, the Packers had one of the best offenses in the league during those years. Getsy will no doubt bring in a lot of schemes, formations and plays from his time in Green Bay.

I think the Bears' skills players would be perfect for those plays. For example, both Byron Pringle and Darnell Monney could use their speed to perfection on Mesh concepts.
