With this season looking to already be over for this team, it is hopeful to see what change can be made, and a draft pick is one of them.
In a new article from ESPN's Matt Miller and Jordan Reid, they revealed each teams biggest need for 2024, including the Bears:
As seen in the article, they believe that the Bears biggest need of 2024 is a wide receiver.
Though the quarterback position is still in question, these next few games should determine the teams future with QB Justin Fields. But as of now, a receiver is looking like their next issue.
Though DJ Moore has looked solid, the team still needs to fill the roster with elite guys, and other then Moore, the roster is weak. If the Bears do get a top 3 pick, then them drafting Ohio State's superstar WR Marvin Harrison Jr should become the goal.
Not only is Harrison Jr the top WR in college football, he may also be the best in all of America, including the NFL. No receiver has shown this much promise in college in decades, maybe even ever. He is projected to be a top 3 selection, so if the Bears have a chance to draft him, they should not pass up the opportunity.
