NFL free agency has been quite the roller coaster, as many stars like DeAndre Hopkins and Dalvin Cook are leading the headlines. Some names however, have not been mentioned much, like RB Kareem Hunt.
Hunt, who became a free agent after the 2022 season, is still on the market looking for a new home. He was a 2017 Pro Bowler and NFL Rushing Yards Leader while on the Chiefs, and spent the last 3 seasons with the Browns. Hunt made many headlines back in 2018, as TMZ released a disturbing video of Hunt shoving and kicking a women in a hotel. Hunt then lied to his former team about the incident which then led to his release of the team.
Ever since that video was released, many have not been happy seeing him in the NFL. After video proof shows him physically assaulting a women, it was shocking to see Hunt back in the NFL, as a ban could have been made.
Now, Hunt is looking for a new team...but does anyone want him? He is nowhere near the player he used to be and is someone who will just bring in bad attention. I would suggest that the Bears skip on him and if they are ineed of a RB, they should strongly purse Dalvin Cook over Hunt.
